With the Accresa platform, Telescope Health can provide a more accessible and streamlined experience to all patients.

Once you’re registered, you’ll be able to connect with a provider faster by using the telescopehealth.accresa.com website. Patients can expect reduced wait times while still receiving the same high-quality care and coordination they’ve come to expect from Telescope Health.

There are no forms to fill out each time you request a consultation and no need to download an app. Visits will be facilitated through the website.

The Telescope Health app will still be available throughout July. Beginning in August, consultations we be conducted solely through your browser.

Documents, provider notes and other files from consultations may be found in your Athena account.

Patients can call 866-373-5304 anytime to speak to one of our care coordinators that will walk you through the answers to your questions.

Once you receive the registration email from Telescope Health, click on the link. You’ll then be transferred to the dashboard, where you’ll be able to see a provider immediately. Your patient demographics have already been transferred over to the new platform.

Telescope Health provides virtual, on-demand physicians and care coordinators to patients through the Accresa platform. Telescope Health utilizes Athena to keep track of data and patient history. Once you meet with a provider, you’ll be asked to register with Athena to receive prescriptions, school/work notes and consultation summaries.
