Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska Expands Virtual Care with Telescope Health

Starting January 1, 2026, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska (BCBSNE) expanded virtual care options for members enrolled in employer group and ACA health plans through a new partnership with Telescope Health.

This expanded offering gives members convenient access to a wider range of virtual care services — including behavioral health visits, primary care support when a regular provider isn’t available, and care for everyday health concerns — all from home.

The addition of virtual behavioral health services is especially impactful for rural communities, where many counties lack local behavioral health providers. Through secure video appointments, members can access consultations, therapy, medication management, and follow-up care.

By integrating these virtual care options, BCBSNE and Telescope Health aim to help ensure members have access to affordable, convenient care when they need it most.
